We had a memorable stay, enjoying the nearby Warfield Theater and exploring the vibrant local area. The Queen room was a cozy retreat after a day of activities, and we appreciated the friendly service from the staff that made our family feel welcome.
In my children’s opinion, more family-friendly activities would be great.

Location's a goldmine for foodies! Hit up Dispensa Italian Charcoal Kitchen for some killer bites, and don't sleep on Tu Lan for top-notch Vietnamese. Staff was super friendly, and the rooms were surprisingly clean.
No elevator, so lugging our suitcases up three floors was a workout. Plus, the Tenderloin vibe is not for the faint-hearted—loud music and shouting at night can be a real scene.

This place was just an appropriate option for a short weekend trip in San Francisco with reasonable value. The staff was friendly and even helped me find parking when I arrived. Just be careful of the area outside. it feels unsafe at times.

The room was clean and appeared well-maintained, which made for a pleasant stay. The bedding was comfortable. I slept well each night. Staff proactively offered extra towels and toiletries, ensuring we had everything we needed. Additionally, I appreciated being close to the shopping hub, which made it easy to explore local stores. Good value for a budget stay
I had a fair experience during my 2-night stay. The room was clean and spacious, with a fridge and microwave, which were handy. The staff was friendly and quick to assist, and I felt secure due to the presence of security cameras. However, the noisy outside environment and the nearby homeless population can be a bit overwhelming at night.
